Following the recent success of Oliver! Jr, Enchanting Productions is excited to announce auditions for The Sound of Music - Youth Edition!  Directed by Louise Glossop and choreographed by Amy Potts, it will be presented by the Junior Company with four performances at The Piano, 10th-12th October 2025. 

Weekly musical theatre training in singing, dancing and acting plus rehearsals begin on Friday afternoons from 7th February 2025, and run in term time through Terms 1-3 at the St Albans Community Centre.  Additional singing/acting sessions may take place on Wednesday afternoons for some cast members.  $30 a week covers all sessions, fees are charged at the end of each term.  There will be daytime intensive rehearsals from 1st-4th October 2025, followed by evening rehearsals at The Piano from 7th-9th October.  Please complete the form below if you are aged between 10 and 19, and would like to be considered for this remarkable musical.  Depending on interest, we may double cast some roles. 

Auditionees will be asked to prepare a particular song from the show, depending on the role they are auditioning for.  They will also be asked to prepare some lines.  Movement auditions will be in groups, and recalls will take place either at 5pm on Saturday 1st February or at 3pm Sunday 2nd February.
